Please read these Payment Terms and Conditions carefully. By completing a payment, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Thank you for choosing our French Language School to learn french.

1. Fees

Full payment of all fees is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in a course. All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

2. Refund Policy: All Payments Are Final

All payments made to the Canada Language Institute are final and non-refundable.

Upon successful registration, students are automatically assigned to a course cohort, and resources are allocated to secure their place. Because of this immediate administrative process, we are unable to offer refunds, transfers, or credits for withdrawals or cancellations initiated by the student for any reason. This policy ensures that every student in our french school has a guaranteed and undisrupted learning environment.

3. Class Attendance and Make-Up Sessions

A. Student Absences: We understand that emergencies can occur. If a student must miss a scheduled class, a make-up session may be arranged under the following conditions:

• Arrangements are considered strictly on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of the administration.

• Any approved make-up class will be subject to an additional fee.

• Scheduling is based on instructor availability.

B. Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event that an instructor must cancel a class, a make-up class will be scheduled by the Institute at the earliest opportunity. There will be no additional charge to the student for this session.

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Payment Terms and Conditions.
